My career in finance spans over 15 years, with significant experience in operational finance and business controlling at Dufry Group Switzerland, where I managed substantial sales operations and implemented cost-saving initiatives that delivered measurable results.
In February 2024, when Dufry relocated operations, I made a conscious choice to remain in Zurich and chart a new path. This decision led me to develop Fractional CFO services, allowing me to bring enterprise-level financial leadership to growing businesses that need expert guidance without the full-time CFO cost.

During this transition, I've also developed comprehensive Excel-based accounting products that reflect the depth of knowledge gained from years of real-world operations.
